The house record at the world famous Apollo Theatre, NYC, on Harlem’s swingin’ 125th Street is held by the man who is considered by many to be the most potent and dynamic talent in show business, ‘Mr Dynamite’ himself, James Brown.

This album is the recording of the midnight show, live at the Apollo, NYC, on the 24th October 1962, and includes 40 minutes of ‘The Godfather of Soul’ performing all of the songs that made him famous.
